Blame it on the culprit's friend

Of all the people, it had to be me. There was an incident at my school. Someone had graffitied on the doors of the girls bathroom and everyone thought it was the school prankster, Emily. But the teachers had other ideas. They decided to review the CCTV footage from the girls bathroom. Culprit? It was my friend Amelie. She thought she could've gotten away with it. Punishment? Suspension for a week. Who had to clean up the toilets? Me. Why? I don't know. Scrubbing away at the doors, I wanted to punch Amelie. I did nothing wrong and I have to clean up after her? Why can't the cleaners do it? I mean, it's their job, isn't it? And, they just think it's me because I'm her friend. Wow. So intelligent. I get why people hate teachers now. Cause I hate them too.
