🍪

The short version: Essential cookies keep sign-in and onboarding working. Optional support tools and analytics stay off until you say otherwise. You can change your mind at any time from the footer.

Cookie categories

Essential

Always on

Keeps StorySloth secure, signed in, and able to remember your consent choice.

These cookies support sign-in, onboarding state, and the consent banner itself. They cannot be turned off from this panel.

Support Tools

Optional

Lets us load the in-browser feedback widget when you want quick help or bug reporting.

This currently covers the SnagRelay feedback widget and any storage it uses to remember support preferences during a session.

Analytics

Optional

Lets Google Tag Manager and GA4 measure visits, page views, and story discovery patterns.

When enabled, we can see which pages perform well and where readers drop off so we can improve the site.

How to change your choices

You can reopen cookie settings at any time from the site footer or by using the button below. Most browsers also let you block or delete cookies manually, but disabling essential cookies may break sign-in and onboarding.

Third-party services

StorySloth relies on Clerk for authentication, SnagRelay for the optional support widget, and Google Tag Manager / Google Analytics 4 for optional analytics. If these providers change the cookies they set, we update this page to reflect it.
