To thrive or Flourish (Figurative): To grow, develop, or reach a peak of health or prosperity. Example: "He really bloomed in his new role as lead chair during the firms biggest trial.” After 5 years of take aways and booze and feeling lousy during work shifts due to hangovers and bloating, Jeff was stagnating at the law firm in a middle ground role and he had low energy and couldn’t stand looking at himself in the mirror because of himself looking out of shape and because he knew deep down that he was underachieving in his career, one day with a rejection by a woman at a bar he could have buckled but he didn’t, he took a stand and made a vow, to eat better, to work out daily and to work harder to get a pay rise and more of a leadership position and make himself more desirable to the opposite sex.

A Healthy Glow:

After 3 months of daily workouts with weights and half-hour sprints, as well as eating fresh vegetables and lean chicken breasts, and cutting out sugar, Jeff now looked happy, confident and healthy and his smile and his fit aura rubbed off on women and now they were drawn to him.

Sudden Increase: An unexpected or large amount, such as Jeffs’ muscles in his biceps now bulging.

"Bloom where you are planted": A phrase advising that one should make the best of their current circumstances. Jeff got a new recruit at the firm and he was in a position of control there now and he looked better than the other male employees and so he flirts with Jessica and goes out on a date and is quite pushy about her coming back to his place and although reluctant, Jessica decides to play along.

Jeff never had it so good, but he’d earned it, working out on his downtime and pulling unpaid overtime at the office to get pay for having fingers in multiple case pies down at the Law firm, he now wants an upgrade in his love life as now he is richer, more respected, fitter and blooming youthful to a point where he may be 50 according to his birth certificate matched against 2026, but he could easily pass for 37.

Jeff is in his prime late in the game and he is about to reach the peak of his powers in work, his wallet is flush with cash and he is getting smaller size clothes that actually fit and they are trendy too, so what could possibly go wrong? How about getting involved with a 28-year-old drama Queen gold digger with a pretty face, a beautiful body but a cold heart with Dark intent.

Lust can make a man end up feeling his age and see his upturn go on a down turn with his life and his bank balance go bust.

When Jessica came back to Jeff’s place they flirted but then he came onto her with kissing and she pushed him away at first saying that they should wait until a third date before they get intimate and should get to know each other better first.

But Jessica noticed that he wouldn’t stop with the touching so when he goes to the toilet she sets her phone up for filming opposite the sofa and so when he returns the phone is slightly concealed next to a vase on the coffee table so he won’t notice its camera facing the sofa and then he comes onto her and she acts resistant and then he keeps kissing and she flails her free hand towards the camera whilst kissing him back and then they have sex but she looks at the phone when his eyes face down at her thighs to show him a smiley face when his head obscures the camera view of her head and then when he moves down she shows the camera a scared and victim like face.

After they have sex with it all filmed Jeff goes to the toilet and then Jessica presses stop on her phone camera, she leaves Jeffs’ home with acting like she enjoyed the night of intimacy and Jeff now thinks he has a hot new young girlfriend, but later the next day he get sent a segment of the clip and Jessica makes it seem like she was essentially raped with her facial expressions during the sex so now she blackmails Jeff and now he’s not a man in full bloom, he is instead a man in blooming big trouble.

Jessica threatens to go to the police with the video and a claim of rape if Jeff doesn’t give her a contract to take his role in the firm and he agrees to drop down to her role.

Jeff agrees in pain but only if as the contract gets signed he gets to delete the video and cut clip from her phone with her there next to him.

They sign the contracts and he gets to delete it with her from the phone, but from now on he’s broken and everyone in the firm will wonder why he gave up his higher role to the rookie and also, he’ll forever be on edge wondering if Jessica doesn’t still have a copy of the video saved to another device or did she already send it to someone and they are just waiting for the right moment to send it to the authorities should Jeff ever try and step on Jessica’s toes again or God forbid she asks him to do something else at work and he thinks he can refuse, then she may bring it out that she indeed does still have the staged rape video and if he doesn’t bend to her every whim it goes to the police and he’s finished.
