O resumo da preguiça: Usamos um serviço de pagamento chamado Stripe para enviar ganhos aos autores. O Stripe atualmente suporta pagamentos bancários em 44 países da Europa, América do Norte, Ásia-Pacífico, América do Sul e Oriente Médio. Se o seu país estiver na lista abaixo, você pode se tornar um Autor verificado e receber pagamentos mensais diretamente na sua conta bancária.
Se o seu país não estiver listado, você ainda pode publicar histórias no StorySloth - você só não poderá receber pagamentos ainda. O Stripe está se expandindo para novos países regularmente, e nós atualizaremos esta página assim que isso acontecer.

Notas importantes
- Thailand & United Arab Emirates: Authors in these countries may need additional setup steps. Stripe requires manual review for accounts in these regions, which can take a little longer.
- Currency: All earnings are calculated in GBP (British Pounds). If your bank account is in a different currency, Stripe automatically converts the amount before it reaches your account. Stripe’s exchange rates are competitive, and any small conversion fee is handled by Stripe — not by us or your bank.
- Identity verification: To receive payouts, all authors must complete identity verification through Stripe. This is a legal requirement for anyone receiving payments and helps keep the platform safe for everyone.
- Tax responsibility: Earnings from StorySloth may be taxable income in your country of residence. We recommend checking with a local tax authority or accountant if you’re unsure.
- My country isn’t listed: You can still create an account, publish stories, and build a readership. When Stripe adds support for your country, you’ll be able to start the verification process and begin earning right away.
